Pre-submission scrubbing for MCA brokers

Know the deal is clean before it reaches a funder.

ScrublyIQ reads a merchant's bank statements, reconciles the numbers against the bank's own printed balances or flags them for review, and surfaces the funder positions already pulling from the account, so what you send is clean the first time.

Reconciled to the bank, or flagged. Never guessed.

Every statement is walked against the bank’s own printed opening, closing, and daily balances. When a figure does not tie out, it is flagged for review, not quietly shipped.

When it cannot verify, it says so, and stops the export.

A statement that will not reconcile does not produce a confident wrong number. ScrublyIQ asks you to "Review the extracted figures before submitting this deal" and blocks the deal-card export until you acknowledge the flagged items. The default is redirection to a human, never a silent guess.

See the stack, in order.

ScrublyIQ names the MCA funders already pulling from the account and orders their positions first, second, third, with estimated balances and cadence. You see the existing debt stack before the funder does, so nothing on the submission is a surprise.

Built for the moment before you submit.

This is pre-submission scrubbing, not origination. Catch the duplicate month, the missing file, the second account, or an undisclosed position while it is still yours to fix, so the package you send a funder is clean the first time.

We publish how we measure, not a marketing number.

Accuracy is reported as dollar-weighted error against hand-verified, bank-printed totals, per bank, and only where a committed measurement backs it. Read the method and the current measurement on the accuracy page.
